Write to the editor

Last reviewed October 2, 2026

This site publishes one guide, on freshness and storage. If something in it is wrong, unclear or missing, the address below reaches the person who is able to change it.

Good reasons to write

• You have found an error, or a figure that looks out of date.
• A passage is hard to follow and you think it could be put more simply.
• There is a storage question the guide does not answer and should.
• You would like to quote or reprint part of the guide.
• You have a request about personal data, as set out in the privacy policy.

What this address is not for

Nothing is sold on this site. There are no orders, deliveries or returns attached to it, and no records of that kind are held here. If your question concerns a transaction made on another website, the customer service contact published on that website is the right place for it.

When to expect an answer

The editorial team is small. Messages are normally answered within a few business days, and corrections are handled before anything else.
